The Cultural Journey
Ken Sheridan, Manager, Safety and Technical Training,

E.ON U.S. is ranked as one of the top safety performers domestically and internationally. The road to the top has involved a decade-long cultural journey for the energy company and its employees. In his current position, Sheridan is responsible for planning and directing health, safety and wellness programs, policies and initiatives within Energy Delivery, and managing total compliance with local, state and national regulatory guidelines. Sheridan’s experience prior to LG&E/KU includes working for South Central Bell.
